Shoreditch Park
This landscape improvement scheme is one of the biggest investments in Hackney in decades and will secure the future of the park for generations to come. The Shoreditch Park Team comprising Hackney Council, LUC and Blakedown Landscapes, worked collaboratively to ensure the success of this complex project. Blakedown built on this team effort by offering best practice, re-design and guidance solutions to ensure that the quality of the finished product and value were maximised.
Berkhamsted Preparatory School
Landscape enhancements to this independent day school to create better access, more dedicated outdoor play areas and a greater sense of space supporting the overall curriculum the school offers.
Victoria Park and Watercress Fields
Funded by the National Heritage Lottery, the landscape masterplan successfully unlocked the heritage of the site, provided valuable training and education opportunities, reversed degradation, and developed a sustainably managed park for the 21st century.
