Blakedown landscapes have completed a large urban regeneration project on behalf of Affinity Sutton.

The project for the Anerley Vale Estate in South East London had to be phased so as to still give residents full use of facilities and access to and from the estate, by allowing maximum usage of the footpaths and car park whilst construction work took place safely and quietly.

The works consisted of the demolition of the existing surfaces around the estate, new tarmac footpaths, clay pavior paths, brick retaining walls, metal railings and new metal entrance features into the grounds.

New play areas with equipment were constructed including a fenced multi-use games area with basketball boards and hoops. The works were finalised with the creation of new shrub beds, tree planting and turfing to complete the environment improvement works.

This project was fulfilled by  Blakedown Landscapes
