Blakedown Sport and Play have won a number of contracts within the education sector to install new sports facilities in different areas of the UK.

Within this sector, Blakedown Sport & Play have secured contracts for numerous schools including Krishna Avanti School, where a new build half size 3rd Generation pitch is being constructed, and Vauxhall Primary School who are having their existing ball court resurfaced with macadam and new 5m high fencing installed.

The biggest contract to be won within the education sector, so far, has been with Birmingham University where Blakedown Sport & Play are in the middle of constructing a new build 120m by 70m 3rd generation rugby pitch. The project will include new perimeter fencing and floodlighting as well as access paths. The pitch is very close to completion with students and staff alike eagerly awaiting to play on the new surface.

Other projects currently being worked on by Blakedown Sport & Play include Wilbraham School, The Chase Technology College and Cambridge Regional College to name but a few.
