Blakedown Appointed to Barcud Shared Services Grounds Maintenance Framework

Blakedown Landscapes has been appointed to the Barcud Shared Services Grounds Maintenance Framework, further strengthening the company's presence in Wales.

The appointment covers 12 principal areas across Wales and spans nine framework lots, reflecting the breadth of services provided by Blakedown. These include grounds maintenance, soft and hard landscaping, tree works, invasive species management, playground maintenance and biodiversity enhancements.

Established by Barcud Shared Services, the framework has been designed to provide a range of environmental and property-related services to housing associations and other organisations across Wales.

The framework creates opportunities for Blakedown to deliver a broad range of landscape and grounds maintenance services across the region, supporting the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor environments for local communities.
